General Information
In continuation of the Government order No. 6788-Edn., dated the 1st August, 1955 for the improvement of Library Service in West Bengal, the Director of Public Instruction, West Bengal is directed to say that Government have, after accepted the proposal of the District Magistrate of Medinipur regarding the establishment of District Library, Tamluk for the eastern part of the Medinipur District. The District Library located at Tamluk town.
